Important: These terms govern use of this website only. The actual terms of any penetration testing or security engagement — scope, deliverables, confidentiality, liability limits, payment — are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) and NDA signed before any work begins. Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create an engagement or any obligation on either party.
By accessing or using kaldor.io (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, whether or not you submit an inquiry.
This Site is a marketing and intake tool. It provides information about Kaldor's services and allows prospective clients to submit a scoping inquiry. Nothing on this Site constitutes a contract, proposal, or guarantee of service. All engagements are subject to a separately executed SOW.
Kaldor performs security testing only against systems for which it has received explicit written authorization from the system owner. Nothing on this Site authorizes any security testing, scanning, or probing of any system — including kaldor.io itself. Unauthorized testing may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and other applicable laws.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this Site current and accurate, but we make no warranties that it is complete, error-free, or up to date. Regulatory requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.) change — verify current requirements with your auditor or legal counsel before relying on anything on this Site.
All content on this Site — text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Kaldor.io or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our written permission.
This Site is provided "as is." Kaldor makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaldor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site, including any reliance on content found here.
This Site may link to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. Kaldor does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site.
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
